::Very disappointed in my stay, the heating in our room wasnāt working properly. The maintenance man came to our room and told us nothings wrong, just donāt turn the heat up more then 1 degree at a time or else the heater canāt keep up. We followed these instructions with no success and ended up sleeping in a cold room. The TV or TV remote would randomly stop working. The wallpaper was peeling at every seam which looked horrible. We had dinner at the restaurant downstairs which had very good food including breakfast in the morning. Overall, I was very disappointed in this motel, especially since it was one of the most expensive in the area and Iāve had better stays at a Motel 6

::The hotel was decorated well. The rooms were tidy and clean but we're in need of some maintenance up dates. The bathroom sink was cracked, caulking was cracked and coming away from the walls, there was taps in the tiles in the shower, the shower curtain was torn in several places. The refridgerator was vibrating loudly. Shower coulsnt get past warm the maintenance said they would come fix it but didn't. This would all be fine if it was a $60 a night hotel but it's well over 200 at night.

::No Complaints! Check-in was fast and the rooms were great. The bedroom had a separate area to watch tv and lounge from the actual sleeping area which by the way had two TVs. The thermostat kicked in right away if I felt too cold and it also came with Keurig coffee machine/pods (thumbs up). The breakfast was great as well for the price and you can even ask them to make you any style omelette for sit in or take away. The breakfast was around $18-20 tax and tip included. The staff was very kind and made sure my stay was great! Great job! Oh and the bacon was SO good!

::Hotel overall was nice visually, front desk staff was excellent and room was big and clean. The problem was we were beside a VERY noisy room and they were up until early in the morning āpartyingā. Now this is not the hotels fault and they did respond to our complaint but the walls are very thin and even running the taps you can hear very clear. The beds are not comfortable despite being adjustable. The pool was the other major issue. It was VERY dirty on the deck. All kids of hair and other things covered it. We wore flip flops right into the edge of the pool and getting out. Also the hot tub has WAY too much Chemicals - sitting in it for a few minutes burns your eyes. The breakfast was good and reasonable priced.

::Clean and cozy accommodations. Check-in without prior reservations was a breeze. Loved the free newspapers (USA Today and National Post) Breakfast was very well organized in the early morning. Coffee in the rooms was good. Great Staff!
