  When we called they were very quick to respond and find us help. Roger followed up and called us to let us know he was running late which was really appreciated. He was very informative and walked us through what he was doing and why. I would recommend Hillcrest to anyone as well as use them again.

  The Hillcrest team delivers A++ quality results every time. When they make a "house call" they always ask if you need anything else while they are here and they really seem to go out of their way to get the job done quickly and inexpensively. The plumbers they have sent to our home have always been friendly and helpful. They are also super nice in the office if you need parts and a bit of advice.

  Our radiant heat boiler broke down after 24 years. We called Hillcrest plumbing. Brian and Scott ended up installing a new boiler unit. It's not cheap, but they got the job done at the first time. By the way, communication with Hillcrest and its follow-up work are excellent. We really appreciate their professional knowledge to solve my problem quickly during the sudden cold snap in December. Thank you very much.

  I've been going to these guys for years and have happily referred them when I can. When you have old parts that need replacing or problems without a solution, their helpful in-store staff is wealth of knowledge and resources. And their house calls have been nothing but smooth. They were out within the hour when our hot-water tank burst, and did an fabulous job last year updating our heating system to a high-efficiency one! ***Just make sure you don't mistake these guys for Hillcrest 1967 Ltd on 212 E 17th Ave (the two companies are not affiliated - no clue why, but stick with the Hillcrest with the YELLOW VANS (on 3260 Main St)!
