  Rental agent was very helpful finding me an SUV with proper snow tires (not just M+S) for my winter trip to some ski hills on the way to Vancouver.

  They were great. No bells and whistles (but I've never experienced anything more than a free bottle of water when renting a car) but clean car, fast and great service at a really good price. I'd definitely rent there again.
