  Complètement désagréable au téléphone. J'ai appelé pour prolonger ma réservation et j'avais aussi besoin de changer l'auto car il y a une lumière sur le tableau qui s'est allumé, mais au lieu d'expliquer clairement qu'ils sont complets la réceptionniste a juste commencé a me donner de l'attitude me disant que je dois ramener la véhicule et qu'on peut pas m'en donner un autre ! Estie .. t'avais juste a me dire que vous étiez complets et j'aurais compris !

  Terrible experience with Hertz, rent a car and returned it back in time, they billed me two extra days (for an amount of 100$). Although I called many times, I could not get in touch with the manager and had to go to the agency to try and get a refund, which I still did not get after 2 months. Avoid Hertz!
