  Very disappointed. I myself did not stay there but instead made a reservation for a friend. I was given false information on how to have it charged to my credit so I opted to pay extra to withdraw funds from my credit card and transfer money to my friend to instead pay there. Upon arriving she was told it was going to cost more than I was quoted and she is on a fixed income with 3 children hence my paying what I could too help. Overall if staying in Saskatoon myself, will be making my own reservations elsewhere to avoid the headache and stress this weekend caused myself financially. I do not wish for an apology or for any freebies I jus5 want the public and hotels workers to know as prospective customers who travel frequently this is unacceptable to the public to hav3 hidden fees and unknown rules

  Price reflects size and quality of rooms. Beds are nice and same goes with the restaurant 🍴 Nice affordable place to stay.

  Absolutely exceptional! A 6 star experience from check in to check out. The room was super clean and there was no detectable noise from other rooms despite being close to full. Pool and hot tub were beautiful, with skylights to allow for natural light. I didn’t get the chance to dine there but the restaurants looked very high end. Service was polite, and overall it was a wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

  Location is near the airport which is convenient for many people. Rooms are very nice and the housekeeping staff is very friendly. Front desk staff however on the day that I was there was absolutely terrible. My friend was staying there to go to the cancer Centre and had already been staying at the hotel for two weeks. The room is always paid for it in time and she extended her stay more than once. On the last day when she was checking out however they called the police on her because then she was more than one hour past check out time. No courtesy call from the front desk no visit from a manager. The new guy at the front desk just called the cops and had her escorted out of the building. I do believe that protocol should be in place on how to handle the situation like that instead of directly calling the police immediately! For that reason I will never be a patron of this place ever again
