  went last weekend for the first time. very nice selection of produce and helpful staff on the floor when I needed help finding items in the aisles (no signs!!) or with getting bulk items. However, when I was going through checkout, I was given pretty bad customer service by a girl with green hair and tattoos. First off, she ignored me when I came to the counter with my items, and kept talking to a coworker. Then, when I didn't know to ask for a discount for seniors, she rolled her eyes and made me feel like I was in trouble...Very awkward and unprofessional experience altogether. I will come back for the produce but will now know to avoid at least one cashier with bad attitude.

  Sometimes the staff get annoyed/ huffy when I have so many bulk items (because I try to have no waste) and I feel a little put down, but I still love the store and will be back. Normally it's a great experience and they have so many options to accommodate me as a vegan and an environmentalist! They even have compostable bags, good on them for doing the right thing.

  They mix up their chicken samosas with their vegetable ones sometimes. Otherwise it's ok. Price of alternative foods (veganaise, veggie patties, etc.) is much higher than competition. They need to improve. Also, staff could be a but more "cheery" and eager to help.

  While they have a decent selection of decent products, the prices are a bit on the ridiculous side (the cashier was even warning people in line of such the last time I was there.) After spending $6 plus tax for 20g of "wild" tea that wasn't very well put together (which is made from ingredients I've literally found in the parks- sticks and all) & a $10 tomato seedling, I really can't see myself going back. If you're going to sell a baby tomato plant at that price, I do expect to get what I think I'm buying and what it's labeled as. Instead of nice little cherries, I have massive beefsteak tomatoes. Total waste of $10 & 5 months when you don't like beefsteak tomatoes..

  I tried your green goddess smoothie the other day and was in love with it. I literally just stopped by to grab one for me and my boyfriend only to have the barista nearly yell at me that they were going on break, thus refusing me service. Your store just lost $15 because no one would take five minutes to serve me and it is certainly going to make me think twice about going again. I mean why bother if I'm not sure anyone will serve me or offer to find someone else to do so. Very disappointed and annoyed.
