::The amplifier on one of my hearing aids conked out while I was in Palm Springs at our winter home. Called Karen and she confirmed it was still under warranty. She shipped the part the same day to a local hearing office for installation. Fabulous service from the always friendly, upbeat and competent Karen. Thank you!!!!
