  Our experience was very positive. Marvin Hawke provided concise information, including educating us on some misconceptions we held, about property transactions, and delivered all the transaction paperwork to where it needed to go in a timely manner. Does not spend a lot of time “chatting you up”, but repeats the important points until he is sure you understand what has been discussed.

  The Notary was quite rude and tried to offer legal advice regarding documents a legal professional had helped me prepare. He stated that he would not witness the document I was submitting to the court as a defendant and proceeded to tell me what I should change if he was going to provide his service. I've never left a google review before but his conduct was appalling and I remained courteous even though he could not tell me why he believed he had any authority to decide what these documents should say. I would not recommend his services especially because he told me that documents should not be drafted in legal language (the kind lawyers use), very concerning. Buyer beware. Edit: I did want to mention the staff were very courteous, it was the notary who was an ass and he was an ass because he had something I needed and was willing to pay for. Period.

  I found this notary to be disrespectful and condescending. His staff were friendly - they are the only reason I am giving 1 star.
