  Haks fixed a busted rear fender (someone backed into my parked car) on my grey SUV and now my car looks good as new. The estimate was quick, the shop is well lit and clean, the staff is friendly, the homemade cookies were delightful, the waiting area is pleasant, the communication is great both by email and phone. I dare say they give the best customer service experience in Yellowknife and set the bar high. Thanks, Haks!

  Haks Auto Body is excellent. The minute you walk in and get greeted by Heidi who makes you feel right at home, she gets all the details going so quickly. Senad and his team then take over, their work is beyond awesome, I have been in twice now for rock and tenant dent damage, my car comes out in show room condition every time, this is the only place in town to take your vehicle, simply the best.

  ****DO NOT USE SHOP IF YOU ARE GOING THROUGH AN INSURANCE CLAIM**** This overpriced shop refuses to repair vehicles that are to be paid for by insurance companies. I had a recent insurance claim and was referred by my dealer to use Hak's. My company asked for the shop to send in an estimate and they flat-out refused. Their rates were about 35% higher than what is accepted by insurance companies. Hak's stated that they would charge me directly and I would be reimbursed by my insurance company. My insurance company then had the same estimate reviewed by Superior and Superior said they would gladly complete the work at the proper insurance rates. ****THESE GUYS ARE SCAM ARTISTS TO THE HIGHEST DEGREE****

  These guys are professional and absolutely fantastic. They take care of your car like their own. This is the BEST in Yellowknife.
