  Store was clean and organized, staff seems to really young, helpful. It's absolutely best to go here in off peak hours.

  Lives up to the factory name with better deals and pricing compared to the retail store. The service I recieved was prompt and friendly. I was greeted by a friendly associate when I walked into the store and the manager at the time, Sarah if I recall correctly, was quite helpful with assisting me with the sales prices and my exchanges. Something I noticed whilst shopping there is a lot of customers tend to treat the store's product like trash and just drop it on the floor or at any random table/shelf/rack which ends in a lot of things being out of place and which leads to misunderstandings at cash. Sales associates end up not knowing sales and deals cuz of things being out of place which they have no control over. I witnessed an associate folding a table while a customer picked up clothes they just folded and casually drop it elsewhere. While yes the store may be a bit disorganized at times(especially when sales are happening) other customers can't completely blame the employees when they're the ones causing the mess in the first place as fast as they clean it. Have some common courtesy and clean up after yourself, you aren't a child. Also, Guess Factory, Guess Retail, G by Guess and Marciano have different websites and different merchandise, so they therefore have different coupons and sales so though they are the same brand they're different stores so a coupon from one store won't work in another, don't get mad when you don't properly read an email or coupon(or even instore sales sign, people tend to see the big "50%" sign but ignore the sign underneath that specifies what product or select style is on sale)

  I only use this store to do online returns or exchanges LOL and so far when i have ,. the experiences have been good so far, the girls treat me nice and manager , at that time, not sure if she is still there, was even trying to offer me the same deals in store that i got online. I did go in today after many months and saw all new staff. All young girls busy doing their own thing. No one asked me if i needed help, but its ok.. Often i will go here to see whats new and then buy it online where my size is usually available and where i get extra 15% off..

  i HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE HERE! I went to this place on boxing day, and wanted to purchase a leather jacket after seeing the sale price on jackets that said 50% off. I asked an associate just to make sure that they were actually 50% off and she said "they were". When I went to the cash register, she said it was only 30% off; I told the cashier that it said 50% off jackets. Then another associate, over hearing our conversation, said "come, show me". (How polite of her right?) So, I went to show her where it said "50% off jackets". Instead of listening to what I had to say, " she kept saying DENIM, DENIM ( were 50% off)." Then, I pointed at the sale label, and said "it says 50% off right there, and one of your employees told me that they were." I didn't end up buying the jacket. I eventually called the manager that evening and complained. This place lacks major customer service and the employees have no idea of sale prices. If they continue this, they are going to be loosing customers, because I for one won't be returning back!

  This store is called Guess Factory for a reason. You get a much cheaper quality version of Guess merchandise. The merchandise is overpriced for what you get. However, when they do have sales then it is worth making a purchase. The management at the store is terrible. She does not know too much about customer service. Her attitude is absolutely unacceptable. I had an issue with a promotional code that was sent to me in an email. She refused to except the promotional email. After some negotiating on my part, she reluctantly excepted it and did not say one word to me and walked away. That is not good customer service. I should not have to negotiate an offer that was sent to me through an email for this establishment. Also she needs to get her act together when it comes to store signage. Things were definitely not clearly marked as to what was on sale and what was not on sale. There were walls of product with no pricing on them. The staff also had no idea what was on sale and what was not on sale. One staff member told me everything was at regular price and another one told me everything was 25% off. After some clarification I was told that everything is a minimum of 25% off and up to 50% off. This location definitely has some staffing issues. A store only runs as well as its leader. And in this case the leader runs it very poorly.
