  A nice facility in the heart of downtown. I end up working out here sometimes because it's close to work. The weight room has everything you may need and you never really how've to wait for equipment or a machine. Locker rooms are clean. I've never used the pool, but it looks nice and always seems to have something going on.

  Three levels make this place so spacious and very welcoming love the race track swimming pool squash court... They're just missing an ice rink like the new one in Royal Oak

  It's great. Parking is difficult around the area. The gym boasts a decent size pool, steam rooms, change rooms. It is pretty busy before 8pm. I usually head there at 9pm for a quieter workout

  Great facility with many drop-in class options from spin to body pump to yoga. Pools are 25m lanes. The workout machines are pretty standard. They aren't new but they are in good condition. The floor plan isn't the best layout as the open workout areas are very narrow and there isn't much mirror space near the weights. The abs area flooring should be replaced with a safer material because it's slippery and my feet tend to slide when doing planks. What I like most is the friendly staff and community!
