  Service department is good. I was brought in by Honda Canada for this supposedly great deal and left there feeling insulted at their offer. I understand businesses need to make money but it’s pitiful at what they offered.

  Had a rocky start after all the paperwork was signed with the Sales Director which was really rude and made me regret my purchass, but a Manager named Steve Methé came to the rescue. I still have a worry with my New car but I do feel like this Manager is going to resolve the issue. Seems like a very professional, Polite guy that is there to help.

  I bought my used Honda from there, the car run perfect the price is the best in town , place so nice clean , people so friendly and I love when they follow up after the sale. The salesman was awesome not for the coffee he offered me ( lol ) but for the hospitality and you feel you are family. Mr gravel he is one of the first car dealer in Quebec and around long before anyone else I’m not trying to do marketing all what I’m saying is a place that you can trust , relax, And you feel good after your purchase. Mr Stephane (conseiller en vente)one of the best nice funny trustful person to deal with . For anyone who in need of a used car gravel is the place to trust.

  Like many clients have written, this place will treat you like a king while you are purchasing your car. But after the ink is dry on the contract, forget it! My seemingly small example that illustrates this. I bought my 24K used Honda car. At tire change time about a month later the garage I brought my car to noticed I had secured bolts on the tires but no adapter. I went to Gravel. They simply told me this was to bad. I wasn't supposed to get secured bolts anyways. I had to get my garage to break them off. No biggie, these bolts are more of a nuisance anyway. But it goes to show the mentality of this place and fits with many other comments from other clients. If they would not accommodate my small issue, you can imagine the service you will get for larger problems. It's their loss. I will not ever get my car serviced there and will share my experience with all my surroundings.

  Benoît gave us an excellent service and was always on point with our questions. We are very happy about our new HRV. Delivery was fast and we got a good price. Will return for sure
