::Excellent, conscientious, and ethical service. We have worked with Ken a number of times. Each time he has given solid advice, completely transparent, and provided quality repairs. They did not charge us twice when the assessment determined the repair was not worth the money and then again, when they assessed the prospective used car we were looking to purchase as a replacement. When they did repair our car they were quick to notify us of what they found, freely advised us what was essential and what could wait, price conscious when recommending parts and work, careful to show us the work done, to explain what and why it was done, and charged an extremely fair price for the repairs we had done. Post repair, we never had an issue with their work and all of the recommended repairs we delayed, eventually came to be. At no time did we feel cheated, conned into necessary repairs, or pressured on our decisions. Bottom-Line, they are truly as honest, fair, and genuinely looking out for the customer's best interest as can be; our highest recommendation!

::Excellent service. Very reasonable cost. I highly recommend Grand Tech Auto. They were originally suggested by my Honda dealer (!) when I needed an extra item on my new car, and i continue to bring my vehicles there, though I have moved to Orleans. It's still worth it for me. Ken provides knowledgeable and fair options, lists what needs to be done now, and what can wait. Very fair and enjoyable experience (which is not always the case with garages/mechanics). 5 star service.
