  It's a nice hotel but if you want to cool down your room in the winter good luck. They don't run A/C in the winter and only tell you to shut the heat off that it, so if it's cooking in there like my room is be prepared to pay for a room and not be comfortable climate wise in your room.

  The beds are just ok and the pillows are absolutly horrible... this morning, my back hurts so much, I feel like I've been run over by a truck The staff was great. Nice, polite and helpfull. The room was nice and clean

  very expensive expensive hotel or what is is. Very flashy, not worth the price. Quite disappointed by my stay there. The hotel is not so old but the poor quality of material used and the smell in the rooms make it look like it's due for renovations already. Very well located though close to the lake, the cycling path and the downtown with multiple restaurants choice.

  Great Place, well located with the lake and all, Inside parking ... If you like real stiff mattress good, if not, you'll have bad nights like I did.
