::I've been going to this location for over 4 years (inconsistently) and overall the place great, new lockers, plenty of machines, dumbbells, treadmills, isolated stretching area. Change rooms are fairly clean. The staff is very nice majority of the time, there have been few instances where some were clueless about how their own system works and would process the request but more knowledgeable staff on a different day would do just that very quickly.

::Love this gym! Very spacious, clean, big, has hot yoga studio and loved the steam room, modern showers and dry sauna... After my workout I spent almost 2 hours in the changeroom enjoying the steam room, shower, and sauna and drying my hair in front of the big mirrors... Was a Sunday afternoon and pretty much had the whole changeroom to myself. Felt like a day at the spa! Actually, was even better than a day at the spa!🙂

::Great gym. Although it's very busy after work hours, it's understandable given its location. I recently forgotten my wallet in the change room and the reception called me an hour after I left the gym to let me know someone turned it in. Good, honest gym goers and staff! Thank you to whoever turned in my wallet, much appreciated.

::Overall, great size gym with a lot of high quality machines and a large free weight space. I have been coming to this gym for over 6 years and have to say I am very happy with it. A lot of the people who work out here usually work in the downtown core. The time the gym is the busiest from 5-7pm on weeknights. I would avoid this time if you prefer to not want to work in with anyone or not want to wait for any machine or be in a busy locker room. The evenings and weekends are fantastic at this location because most people have got back to the suburbs for the weekend and the gym is not very busy at all. The cleaning staff are constantly cleaning up the locker rooms so no complaints there.

::Be careful with your valuables at this location. Get a good locker and change in areas that are open [not hidden]. My locker was broken into twice. I've seen others with same issues. Despite the locker situation the gym facilities are great. The fitness classes are excellent. Come out, just be careful.
