  Great place to workout. Lots of ways to do a cardiovascular work out with 7 different types of cardio machines. Awesome area for weight training, using free weights, barbells, dumbbells; weight machines,; cables, so much potential to do so many different type & style of exercises. For different & challenging work outs there is the virtual exercise class in weight training & stationery bikes. There are many different ways to get a great work out @ Good Life Fitness.

  I like the gym. New equipment and all. Some Goodlife I have been to in Ontario have hot tubs and lower rates for exclusive use of 1 gym only. Rates here in PG Goodlife might be little higher than I have been use of paying before in Ontario. Overall good & friendly staff.

  Ample space, not too crowded, nice atmosphere, clean and well functioning equipment. Lil bit expensive but way better than the other gyms.

  I really enjoy this gym and everyone is always nice and it has a great environment. The place is new so all the equipment is great. Although it says it's open 24 hours it isn't unfortunately.

  Nice gym with lots of cardio equipment. The weight area can often be extremely busy. Also, it would be nice if a 24 hour gym was actually open 24 hours. Not great for shift workers.
