    CAUTION!!! Employees at this location are cheats! DO NOT JOIN! Firstly severe lack of equipment at this location. Secondly, I was surprised at how aggressive the employees turn when you want to cancel or end your membership. Everyone was so nice before but as soon as I talk about cancellation, they start piling me with future payments even though I'm not going to use their facilities! Complete ripoff!!! Stay away!

    I started at this location at Goodlife 8 months ago with my trainer Diana Z. Not to sound dramatic but she changed my outlook on life. I have struggled with fitness my whole life and she opened my eyes to important things I didn't know before. Because of her I developed proper movement patterns in the gym and everyday life, I'm more conscious about my meals, and I look forward to going to the gym/working out. As a trainer Diana is professional, organized, and the perfect balance of pushing you to do your best and knowing when you need to rest. She is a personal trainer, nutritionist, and therapist when I needed it the most. You will not go wrong if you pick Diana as a PT, she's the most dedicated people I know.

    Diana is my personal trainer and she is fantastic. She is insanely knowledgeable and has been the light I needed in my recovery. No matter how much pain you are in she knows how to modify the exercise and get you building muscles where you need the support. I highly recommend Diana for others needing a personal trainer to aid in their recovery process. She goes above and beyond by staying connected with others in your support network to make sure your recovery process is in alignment with your training.

    I have worked with a number of personal trainers during the past 4 years and none have proved more effective or knowledgeable than Diana – I have lost weight and gained lean muscle mass by working out with Diana and have had no hesitation in recommending her to friends and colleagues. Diana is focused on helping me achieve my weight-loss goals and makes every session challenging & somehow fun. My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more push-ups, core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts. Importantly: - Rather than requesting you what to do without explanation like my previous trainers, Diana goes through details clearly to make sure that you know which part of your body get exercised excactly - Diana ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. - Diana is extremely reliable – with an exercise routine planned, she will also offer you to do additional homework. I’ve been training with Dave for almost 1 years now, and I thoroughly enjoy the variety and challenge she put into the session and would recommend Diana & her team to anyone looking to improve their fitness with a dedicated group of trainers.

    It has been eight months since I started training with Diana, my personal trainer. I am very glad that i made the decision and luckily i met Diana. She is very professional, passionate, and serious about her work. She is always positive, encouraging and rarely compromises when I try to slack off, given that she knows i have the ability to do that. Now I have a much better posture, be able to carry more weights, and most importantly know the techniques to do exercises in an efficient and proper way. I am very satisfied with the results that we have accomplished together so far. I would definitely come back to you when i have a chance to continue my personal training. Thank you :)
