  This Goodlife location is in terrible need of repair. Most of the machines are broken in some way (don’t work, TV doesn’t work, headphone jack doesn’t work). The weights area is no better. There are not enough of anything (need more squat racks, more benches etc), short on bars and clips for weights, some of the weight equipment is broken (both benches that move up and down for incline have broken knobs). I don’t have personal knowledge but apparently the showers on the men’s side often don’t work or blast cold water randomly. This location is always packed. The classes and lunch are shoulder to shoulder and the weight area is no better. They have plenty of members to warrant putting some money into fixing things and buying new equipment. Staff is really friendly and do the best they can with what they have.

  I've been working out here daily for quite some time now. I can't sayv in words how awesome this club is. First of all, the staff. Each and every one of them are fantastic. No attitude, ever. Always willing to help, and they greet me every day with a smile. Curtis Rhodes is my trainer. He has motivated me to push myself farther than I could have imagined. He knows what he's doing, he's patient, has a great sense of humor and is all about proper form and lifting safely. The facility is always spotless, the machines and weights are always in good shape, and it's rarely overcrowded, even over lunch. I seriously recommend this club for all levels of fitness enthusiasts!

  Super convenient location for downtown. Love going in the morning when it's quiet though lunchtime isn't too bad either. There are always lots of treadmills free and in good working condition. The place is clean and doesn't smell like a gym.

  Decent workout equipment but quite a small space. It only takes a few people to us up the area by the free weights. Probably best yo go here for some of the group classes.

  I have been going here for about a year. Some of the equipment needs fixing but other than that they do a pretty good job maintaining the place. The staff is friendly and the personal trainers are knowledgeable and helpful.
