  It was my first time. Neat place. Smells nice. The guy behind the counter was really informative. And cool. He knew what mapachos were!

  Owner Luigi is a very nice guy who has a lot of cigar knowledge and genuinely enjoys discussing the hobby with customers. The selection is very decent, and the pricing is competitive.

  I went in with two old lighters that are worth a lot to me. I was expecting to be told that the lighters had done their time and would now have to be sentimental mementos. Instead, Luigi took the time to take each of them apart as well as answer all my questions. He knew what he was doing and he went above and beyond. I will definitely go there again. In the end I walked away with both of the lighters working!! I am so impressed with the customer service I got there. Thanks again :)

  I changed my review from a 3 to a 1. Kept the original 3 star review below. So as an update, the Nicaraguan had cigar beetles in it. I brought it back to the store spoke with a really nice guy who said he'd have the owner call me. We played phone tag and the owner stopped reaching out. My last call was to the store with captain bad service at the other end. I explained what happened and asked if the owner was there. "No". Awkward silence... "can you take a message?" "I guess." I won't buy here again, I think there are better places with a wider selection and much better service. Original 3 star review. I recently got into cigars. I went to all the shops in town looking for humidors and ended up buying at the Cuban cigar shop on Fort. Goodfellas just didn't have the selection I was looking for but they do have some nice humidors. They've got all the supplies you'd ever need and the prices are good. What I'm on the fence about is the service. Being new to cigars, I'm looking for eduction from how to maintain my humidor to the flavour notes in a given cigar. They sell their own Nicaraguan cigar for $6.50. It's a good smoke, something a non cigar smoker would enjoy. When I asked about the flavour notes i was told it's a mild-medium with an earthy flavour. I'm sure an aficionado would have had more to say... It was almost like I asked a stupid question. I'll give them a few more shots and change stores if it's more of the same.
