Medium coffee is 25% smaller than at comparable shops - for same price.

I love this place. Aside from making great drinks they have some nice food choices. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and the owner is often on hand to make you feel welcome. This place is a favorite of mine and I highly recommend to my friends.

The owner decides to kick whoever is in here out, whenever they want to close early. So you can come in for 30 mins, and he'll probably check through his online camera and say only one Asian dude in here. And then you'll get kicked out notified that they're closing... 2nd time it's happened. Which really sucks, cuz you pay parking and organize your time. You really can't stay open for an extra hour till close? but gotta save that minimum wage payroll and lose customers... it's about money, and NOT about customer service- which is the bottom line of this behaviour... SO DON'T BOTHER COMING IN 3 HOURS BEFORE CLOSE AS THEY'LL LIKELY CLOSE EARLY. STARBUCKS ACROSS THE STREET OPEN GUARANTEED UNTIL CLOSE.

Most expensive, worst iced coffee. Paid almost $6 for an iced coffee that really was nothing special at all. I asked for recommendations of a sweeter iced latte coffee, what i was handed was a list of their syrups...not helpful at all. I asked for a cold brew with vanilla, and milk and what i was got was a plain coffee handed to me. When I advised that I asked for it with vanilla and milk, i was told to put the milk in myself. In the end, with great chagrin, they added milk at the counter, stirred it with a straw. Seriously, when looking for a special coffee and paying this much, I expect a little bit more effort and crafting behind my coffee. I learned my lesson, this is not an up-market coffee place. I pay the same price and less at various competitors and i am never disappointed.
