  I called Jody one day when my PC stopped working. He immediately told me to drop it off and he would take a look at it. Even after he figured out the issue, he didn't just give me back my PC, he kept it for a couple more days to do more testing to ensure it's efficiency. He cares. He was in constant contact with me, letting me know whats up. I then brought him my laptop to fix and he knew exactly what was wrong with it and was able to fix it. Both now work perfectly and without issue. I recommend him for anyone looking for quality service and treated properly rather than just being a "number" at a store.

  My desktop was grinding to a slow halt, and blinking off randomly when it did finally boot up. One of the big repair shops in Ottawa said it sounded like a motherboard issue, but they'd let me know when they got around to looking at it in 6 weeks. I took it home again and called Golden Ratio, who installed an SSD I'd already bought, and managed to fix my issues within a few days without any other hardware issues cropping up. My computer's humming along again. Super happy with this business and would use again!

  Very pleased since I started using Golden Ratio Tech Solutions to repair my computer. Jody is very talented at correctly diagnosing and repairing even difficult issues. The ASUS computer I bought has caused me nothing but frustration and regret. It would freeze, shut down, then restart on its own every 10-15 minutes. When I took it back twice to Best Buy to be examined, they never resolved the problems. Jody diagnosed the problem was a faulty video card. Since he replaced the video card, my computer is at last running the way it should. I highly recommend Golden Ratio Tech Solutions.

  I can highly recommend this company for computer related issues. I contacted them after finding a listing on a Google search and was not disappointed. I was able to contact, book an appointment and have a resolution within 24 hours without leaving the comfort of my home. I have always been a huge believer in supporting local businesses and Golden Ration Tech Solutions is an excellent choice.

  Jody was (and is) amazing. He followed up and helped me out again even after he worked on my computers. Professional, efficient and very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend his services and appreciate all the effort he has put in to help me get my computer and laptop back into shape (even better than before).
