  Car was good and clean. Service, however, could be improved. The employee made 2 mistakes and wanted to charge a price above my booking confirmation. I had to show him my confirmation in order to pay to correct price. I didn't appreciate the fact that he tried to make me pay more. I don't know if it was a mistake or not but in general more attention should be put in listing the correct amount of fees.

  Abdulla killed it today with some outstanding service... he should’ve been done work at 1pm and stayed an extra hour to help me out! The self service machine was taking forever and he totally came thru for me! Thank you!!

  Tried to rent a car for a day. When I received the confirmation the total cost was around $80 CAD. However, when I went to pick it up I was forced to take insurance, even if I had my own, and they even tried to charge me for an additional driver because the driver and the person paying (who does NOT drive) were different. On top of that, the price of prepaid gas was not convenient at all, given the fact that they charge you for 3/4 tank even if you end up using less than that! By the end of it, the cost went up from $80 to $180! Plus a $300 deposit. Needless to say, we didn't take the car and are still waiting for our deposit back. First and absolutely LAST time dealing with them. UPDATE: I am not from Spain, I am Argentinian and have rented cars with the coverage provided by my master card, both here and in the US.

  !!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!! -WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE -RUN BY DISRESPECTFUL HUMANS -DON'T BE FOOLED My partner and I had had booked the most economical car (around $50), a week in advance for 9AM on a Saturday. At 8:45AM on Saturday, Globe calls us to say they don't have the car, and have no other car to offer us. We go in person to the Atwater location, and the counter guy offers a Ford F-150 truck as an "upgrade" but the caveat being us having to go to their Decarie location (which is a solid 20-25 walk from Namur metro). So we go (expecting the price to be the exact same as our original reservation), and then as we're checking in for the car, the counter guy at the Decarie location says he must charge us a full tank of gas for the truck, which is $164 PLUS the original car. Came up to around $260 (after a 20% "discount" on the original 50$ price). And to make it worse, the guy is pretty much laughing in our faces. Little did they know, I had an important medical appointment at 1PM, hence my partner booking the car for 9AM. NO RESPECT FOR US OR OUR TIME AND NO CHANCE they were going to force our hand and charge us more for THEIR mistake and lack on contingency plan when they don't have enough cars. WE GOT AN AMAZING DEAL AT ~DISCOUNT~ DOWN THE STREET! PS: GLOBE SAVE YOUR RESPONSE- I DON'T WANT TO HEAR IT! Please go over your audio & visual tapes and adjust your business practices/staff training accordingly!!
