  Excellent product knowledge. And no problem returning a food item that my pet did not like! They had told me that was their policy when I purchased it. And they were very gracious when I returned it! I'll be shopping here again soon.

  I visit occasionally to get my dog's nails trimmed. They always do a great job, and treat Peaty well.

  The staff are great! Very knowledgeable and empathetic towards our poor sick puppy. They listened to our concerns and helped us choose items that met our needs.

  Best place to get your dog/cat needs. Been a faithful client since they opened up and NEVER had a problem. Staff is happy, something I don’t see too often in these type of retail. They have an immense will to serve you. They have my business for ever.
