  Giorg's has been a staple in upscale Thunder Bay dining for years. Amazing food, atmosphere, and the staff, who provided what I would consider to be the best service I've ever had at a restaurant. One word of caution, do not order the calamari unless you want to have it ruined for you. Hands down the greatest calamari I've ever tried, now calamari from elsewhere just won't be as good now that I know how it should really taste! Once again, amazing servers, chefs and back of house staff, coupled with an ideal atmosphere for anything from nice family dinners, to a classy bite with friends. Not to mention the food is probably some of the best in town. 11/10 for sure!

  Amazing experience. Server was so knowledgeable about both the food menu and alcohol menu. He was able to recommend a great wine with our pasta. We went on a Tuesday for half price pasta. We shared the sweet pea pasta and the spaghetti bolognese and it was amazing. High class for sure and we felt important. Every time the server visited we had amazing conversations. A real experience along with an amazing culinary experience. The cooks and the chef performed amazingly. No complaints. Italian food at its finest.
