  Really have to watch the sale item. They put things on sale then you compare it to other non sale items and it is not such a great deal. Overall though prices are pretty good and we really like the new look and layout

  Location is great because I live in down town. But the staff itself aren't as friendly as the other Giant Tiger stores are. Prices on the other hand are reasonably good.

  Good for a smaller size store, not the selection you will find at a bigger location but it does the job if you keep this in mind.

  Staff is helpful and courteous. Prices are reasonable. I can tell you that this place is a good place to buy food. Some times you get a staff member on a bad day but they're not always like that. People can do better. Security is well, they have a memory, so if you're a regular like me you'll have no problem.

  As a trained customer service rep. I was shocked at how awful the service was. I take my items to the checkout line and stood behind an elderly lady who was asking some questions. I stood in line for 5 mins waiting to be told after the lady was paying that the line was closed. Instead of letting me know before I emptied my cart I was told to take my items to another line. On top of that when asked why she would wait until we has been there for 5 minutes she rudely replied "God. I was helping other people". I don't know who hired Amy with her poorly dyed red hair but I will gladly go to any other store than that location ever again. Hire polite staff.... or train them properly.
