  Condescending, rude, bordering on abusive service. Patrick promised us he would take care of our needs. We drove all the way from Kingston only to be told they no longer deal with leather. So why did he say he could fix our leather cushions? Oh, and he dismissed us abruptly. So glad I never have to step foot in that place again!

  Horrible experience. It seems that the company prefers to pay for positive Google reviews than to address the problems their real customers are having. We ordered a $5,000 (paid upfront) custom sectional with matching ottoman, which was to be delivered in 6-8 weeks. The sofa arrived ELEVEN months later, four inches too wide which makes it too big for the space. They guaranteed a fix in 24 hours, only to never be heard from again. It's been two years and I'm still waiting for the ottoman. Matthew will not answer the phone, respond to voicemails, texts or emails. I have officially lodged a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and if it is not resolved we will have to go to small claims court.

  Pat, his son and both stores housed there (art and carpets) have great selection, prices, delivery and return policy. Have bought quality products there for 20 years. And the gallery focused on Canadian originals.

  I have dealt with GH Johnson a number of times for furniture purchases and I can't express how happy I have been each and every time.
