  Wow. All I gotta say is this place is the real deal. It’s VERY professional and the staff is very educated and skilled in what they are doing. I am excited to begin my laser hair removal tomorrow, And very optimistic that the results will be amazing.

  After years of electrolysis with another company (with very little progress) Marcia has successfully removed my unwanted hair! I am forever grateful! Not only does she do excellent work, she also spends time educating her clients to ensure the best possible results. She is by far, the best in the business! Thank you Marcia!!

  My combination of dark, light & white facial hair growth responds best to electrolysis. Due to my genetics, changing hormone levels and aging, I have experienced “hair growth spurts” requiring treatment that started in my early 30's & has continued sporadically for 40 years. I have been treated by a number of electrologists both in Canada and the US and have found Marcia Gomez to be the best. In a relaxing atmosphere she provides education, rules for compliance plus the best non re-growth results I have experienced.

  Great staff and a very relaxing atmosphere. I am currently going there for electrolysis to remove facial hair and Marcia is awesome. After 3 sessions there is a noticeable reduction in facial hair and the time of the appointments. I started a few years back with laser and it removed a lot of hair. after 8-10 sessions I was told to switch to electrolysis to remove to mostly white hair. I can't begin to say how great my experience has been. Marcia is very professional and takes the time to explain the procedure, what to expect as far as regrowth and hair cycles. Even as far as documenting each visit and showing the progress made so far. I have to admit that I have only been here for hair removal BUT did attempt to go elsewhere. When I searched local hair removal the first place seemed so unwelcoming. I drove to the location to only find out that appointments had to be made by phone or online. I then went to Genie and within minutes had someone helping me set up an appointment for laser. As I mentioned earlier they have great, experienced staff that take the time to make customers feel welcome. Highly recommended for hair removal.

  I am a Trans-female , so needless to say I had my fair share of facial hair, which caused me a lot of anguish. After a short search on the internet, I phoned Genies hair solutions and set up consultation with Jeannie. Jeannie had told me because my hair was to light in colour that laser was not a good option for me and that electrolysis would be my best option. I made a appointment with Marcia for a Saturday, which I was very impressed that she would come in on Saturday’s Marcia made me very welcome, there was no shortage of conversations and over the two years that I have seen Marcia, she never ceases to amaze me with her knowledge and drive to be better at what she does. We have had a lot of laughs which made the time and to be honest the pain just slip away, over that time she has seen me an emotional basket case to full of joy but she never once judged me and for that I am forever grateful. So now my appointments are becoming fewer and fewer and I am over joyed that I no longer need to shave my face, but I am also torn as it seems I am losing a very dear friend. I know we will see each other from time to time, not only because she is doing the work on me now pro bono, but because she is a true friend. We will always have the “short bus” and other good jokes to reminisce about. I don’t think there is anybody that has encouraged and uplifted me more than Marcia.
