  Cozy place with broad selection of cakes. I got the salmon benedict and red velvet cake. Service was just average, mostly self-served.

  I have been a customer for 38 years. It's the same solid quality now as in 1980. There is something to be said for consistency. Great coffee and pastries.

  This is a fun, kinda grungey location to grab a beer with your pals or get a coffee. The desserts are all quite nice but the food is a little hit and miss but that’s not to say it’s not worth attending. The pancakes are really good. Staff is friendly and mood is very laid back and chill. In the summer it has a very open feel.

  Always enjoyed it here for the cozy and simplistic atmosphere. Since its near a university, you will see a lot of students here. The cake options are amazing and delicious. They have a large selection of baked goods, coffee or even full meals and beer. You order your food from the counters and just grab a seat. In the summer, the patio usually gets filled quickly.

  Came yesterday with family to get coffee and cake. It was all good except when it came to ordering. My cousin ordered before me and there was a couple behind me. The lady made the assumption I had already ordered and didn't even ask if I placed my order so she walks to the couple to take their order. I was standing for a good 10 minutes just waiting to get my order taken. She also never apologized. Food wise, I got the Bailey's cheesecake and its rich but I like it.
