  J'achète tous mes matelas de lit chez futon d'or depuis 20 ans. Ils sont tous encore très confortables. Les bases de lit sont aussi de bonne qualité. Je viens pour la première fois de faire affaire avec le service après-vente, les représentants étaient affables et efficaces. La pièce à remplacer sur ma base de lit a été reçue rapidement. Ça fait toute la différence.

  I bought the Basic Bed frame, Queen size, with 4 drawers. It is very good quality, and looks great. It was fairly easy to put together and appears to be quite solid. Had it delivered to Toronto and the delivery service was very good - they called to arrange a time, and the driver called when he was nearby. I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend to others.

  Les matelas sont d'un confort formidable et le mobilier offre un excellent rapport qualité/prix. De plus, le service après-vente est d'une qualité irréprochable.

  The model I got there was very heavy, really too heavy to convert easily from sofa->bed->sofa. Maybe it was my fault for opting for the extra firm futon, which is like a rock and basically doesn't *want* to bend. Anyway, spent about a lot of money there and have regretted it ever since. My advice: make sure that you can easily convert the thing yourself. To the owner: thanks for responding. Yeah it was a while ago but definitely this store. The FRAME is high quality though, can't fault that. Again, I'd just advise not getting the firmer futon... but for all I know you don't even have the same models anymore anyway. I've added an extra star.

  En deux ans nous avons acheté deux futons, un matelas Queen et plusieurs accessoires. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent. On dort aussi bien sur les matelas futon que les matelas lit de futon d'or. Tous les employés qui nous ont servis sont très sympathiques, ne poussent pas à l'achat et sont de bons conseils. Merci c'est excellent!
