  Nice store that carries quality and higher-end outdoor furniture. Would consider this place when I'm shopping for quality patio items.

  My family and I were struggling to organize furniture for our backyard and a friend had mentioned Fresh down on Eastern Avenue. When we visited the store we were blown away with the variety and size of the showroom. The staff were very helpful in guiding us to our final choices. It was like having our very own garden furniture consultants. I can't thank everyone enough at Fresh for their sincere help. I will recommend Fresh to all my friends.

  We spent a small fortune on patio furniture for our condo balcony on June 5. The product is very nice; the after sales service is absolutely abysmal. I've called three times in the last eighteen days (with a simple question that likely requires a very simple answer, and each time the message indicates that someone will call back at THEIR convenience. Problem is, they don't call back!!!! Rude!

  My boyfriend and I were shopping for a garden / patio furniture set for the deck of our condo apartment located near Fort York in Toronto. We shopped around at a few of the big box stores, but then went to Fresh and found exactly what we were looking for. The pricing and selection was excellent and the staff was very helpful. Highly recommended!

  We were looking for new teak patio furniture this spring and did extensive online and in store comparisons in the GTA. I must say that Fresh beat everyone hands down in terms of selection, price and customer care. The staff was attentive, helpful and very considerate of our time and allowed us look at everything twice, set up different combinations of chairs and tables and do it all again for a second look. In the end we purchased a complete set of teak chairs and table and are very satisfied with our purchase. Two days ago one of the chairs broke and I took it back to Fresh today and can't say enough about how they handled the situation. They replaced the chair with a brand new one, no questions asked, no request for proof of purchase (they simply verified from their records). I was in and out of there with my replacement chair in less than twenty minutes. Now that is good customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good shopping experience for quality outdoor furniture. G. Dorrett Toronto
