  The four season is a beautiful hotel in the heart of Toronto. One of their most eye catching features are fresh flower arrangements you can find in every corner of the lobby. I had a one night stand in this hotel and everything went very well. However, compared to other four seasons I’ve visited (Paris and Marrakech) I’m not as thrilled. The room amenities are standard (very well designed but not extra ordinary) the most I liked about the room was the comfort of its bed. The least I liked was the room temperature that I could not fix over 24 (75F). When I asked for a spare iPhone charger they could not provide one in the room. I had to let my phone to the concierge over night (a little disturbing while I felt I cannot be reached during night, given the time difference between Paris and Toronto I receive calls even at 4 am that I answer). After all I’m a happy customer. These little things are what that makes the difference between a 4 and a 5 star rating.

  Fantastic stay. Great rooms. Delicious food for the conference. Very accommodating staff. Spa was amazing as well.

  We do stay-cations here with the kids all the time. Great for a long weekend when you can't leave for a real vacation. Plus the wife will be happy with all the high end stores just 2 min walk from the hotel.

  I love love love the spa at this location. It is my all time favourite. Of all the spas I have been to this is my #1 pick. The staff are friendly and professional from the moment you walk in, throughout your service and when you walk out. This is what hospitality is. I always get the feeling of warmth and appreciation when I visit. Their staff is top notch at what they do. The entire facility is extremely clean. The locker rooms are nice and functional, inviting and not over the top. It’s a nice place to sit, relax, have a snack and enjoy a drink with a soft robe and slippers. They have all the necessary toiletries and excellent products for your personal use. The showers, steam room and relaxation room are all well kept. The treatment rooms are simple with all the necessities and another drink station. Plus there is use of the pool on the same floor but it is shared by residents of the building. Every time I go, it’s empty! You must try their spa at least once and then you’ll be hooked! Look on groupon or travelzoo there are advertised specials.

  There are no words to describe the customer experience at the Four Seasons. They are the leaders in customer service and I have never been more impressed by a hotel like this in my life. From the gym to the concierge to the app to the house keeping staff that untangled my jewelry, every moment and interaction was well thought out and intentional in making sure I had the best customer experience. The waitstaff are exceptional as well so please give them our praise! If you are considering a stay at the Four Seasons absolutely book. Thank you for setting the bar so high!
