  The rooms are clean and comfortable. Gabriela, our server in the restaurant, is very friendly, polite and professional. The food was very good, with a balanced size serving. The prices are competitive and reasonable. The hotel location is convenient to downtown Victoria, local shopping in Colwood and Langford. We left the hotel at 9:15 Friday morning and drove to the airport in just over 30 minutes. We return to this hotel every year.

  Awesome staff, love my room, go Green and not have housekeeping gets you 5 bucks a day to spend in the grill/bar. Nice little perk. Would definitely come back.

  So I've stayed here maybe three times in the past year or two now, including most recently last weekend. I love it but last weekend there were some no no's... One of the towels in our room had blood stains on it, we asked for a replacement and we got two new towels and they both also had stains on them so that was definitely a bummer! This is the first time this has happened to us so hopefully it was just bad luck and not a decrease in the quality of housekeeping services. We've eaten at the restaurant in there on two of our trips - breakfast only- and the food is ok, it's good enough if you want to stay in the hotel but I'd definitely recommend you go elsewhere if you really want to enjoy your meal. The gym is pretty small and o my has basic machines and hand weights but I think that's fairly reasonable when you are on the go. There's a spa and sauna. I've never been in there though, so I don't know much about it. There's a pool as well which is usually busy I would say. A lot of families stay here so it can be loud sometimes - kids running around the hallways and such - it wasn't too bothersome for us though. There's usually someone always checking in or out no matter what time you get there, so usually there's a bit of a wait. They have beautiful fresh flowers around the hotel which was pretty impressive. At night when we were calling the front desk to ask a question no one was answering... So my husband went down there and the young man at the desk was chatting with someone and ignoring the phone. Our last trip definitely had a lot of misses that's why I give it 4stars. The rooms are very nice and bright, lots of light. There's lots of parking but it's usually pretty full at night but you will usually find a spot or two left...

  Nice place to stay. Nicely finished and furnished contemporary rooms. Complementary bottled water every day. Helpful staff. Liked the restaurant/bar downstairs. Decent selection of craft beer.

  Attended Christmas party in lower ballroom. Nice location but parking was tight. Staff was polite and friendly. Meal was very generous. I was concerned about the temperature when I first arrived but it stayed comfortable the whole evening. I would consider staying a night.
