Very comfortable rooms and good customer service. I was there for a work conference with a large group and they provided reasonable price for the rooms and included underground parking with it. I would stay there again.

The hotel is very nice, good condition, rooms clean, location is brilliant - steps to the waterfront. The rooms were warm but at night I like them cold and the air conditioner just behaved like a fan and did little to cool the room down (to be fair, it was April, but any hotel I've stayed in, I could make it cool with internal controls). Thankfully we could open up a window. This is really 4.5 out of 5 and if I wasn't so particular about room temp, it would be a 5 out of 5. Would stay again.

Awesome place. Beds are comfy. Amazing views. Great restaurant on the main floor and it's close to everything!

This is not the ritz. It’s also not 500+ a night. For a good, clean, comfortable hotel with good facilities and a good restaurant, this is a really good bet in Kingston. The staff are friendly, I’ve come across 4-5 so far, they have free cookies, free water and wifi. The rooms are not big but enough room, clean, comfy, beds are great. Pool is great. Restaurant is quite nice. I’ll stay here again anytime I’m in Kingston. I spend 30+ nights a year In hotels on business and feel very comfortable here. Enjoy.

I have done a lot of travelling in my lifetime, nights spent in hotel rooms at times outnumbered nights at home. Having said that, i have a very simple rules for determining if it was a good room and stay. 1) Clean 2)Comfortable 3) Quiet 4) Reasonable priced. 5)Did I mention clean? The Four Points is a great place to stay. The room was comfortable, clean, quiet and reasonable priced. Parking for registration was convenient, right in front of the entrance on Clarence Street. I was unaware of this and discovered it by accident when I was looking for a parking spot. The overnight underground parking is also convenient. In Kingston once the car is parked you can get almost anywhere of interest downtown by walking. For the other spots, a taxi is convenient and inexpensive. The staff was welcoming, and friendly. When asking for direction to my restaurant they were very helpful. The elevators are within 10 steps of the registration desk and there is a bar/restaurant in the hotel which makes it easy for late night guests not wishing to venture out into the snow and cold. The view from the room was great, although most times in a hotel I have my drapes drawn. But one can not help to look out on a snow laden Kingston and not be impressed by the old architecture. See the picture of St. George's. Check out in the morning was quick! The emailing of the bill makes expense management a breeze. For those who travel a great deal, I highly recommend joining the SPG program. Points and discounts make bookings a snap, and always so far in my experience at a lower price than any of the web booking sites. All in all, a great spot to stay and will now be may go-to hotel.
