  I was 5 minutes behind on my appt for an oil change and they had already taken the next person in without calling me to let me know they were cancelling it. The guy at the desk was smug and quite rude.

  Was just passing through high level on a family road trip. Had a shimmy in my steering wheel, called the high level shop and they got me in for a wheel balancing right away. I was on the road again in under an hour. Thanks for the great service and conversation!

  Horrible service, it took double the estimated time, they didn't finish all the installation instructions, and the part was installed wrong. I will never bring my car here again, I wouldn't trust them with anything more complicated than an oil change.
