::The CLOTHES SELECTIONS IS BAAADD. I'm from Montreal, and trust me, every Forever 21 there has amazing selection of clothing. This one in Ottawa, I don't know what it is, but everything seems like they're the rest of whatever Forever 21 store can't sell and it just has been sent there. PLEASE upgrade or change the person who commands clothes. Thank you.

::8:54 pm Okay so I know that sometimes after a long day you just don’t want to see customers anymore. But honestly, when there’s 5 more min, try and be patient. I needed a belt for tomorrow. And I saw the one I wanted. I was told by the 1st staff member that it was upstairs with the accessories. When I got upstairs another employee said they were closed. I proceeded to tell her that her coworker told me that they were closed in 5 min and that I just needed a belt. She then said that they don’t sell belts. So I asked again and she said no belts. So when I was back downstairs I asked a 3rd employee for the belt on the mannequin, she told me they were upstairs, in the same area that we were in and were told they sold none. Before I got a chance to ask if I could get one, she said they were closed. At this time it was 8:57. And yes, once again, I know it’s about to close. But I would have been checking out if I weren’t told there were none and told that they were closed twice. It just would have been cool if they were kinder and helped to get the belt. Especially the way they lied/were a bit « rude ».

::The store hours is set to be closed at 9pm but when me and my friend entered the store it was 8:50 and the employee that was at the door told us they were about to close. We asked her where we could find the belts and told her we would be quick knowing what we wanted. She responded by telling us that they were upstairs with the accessories. We then went upstairs to find the accessories section and as soon as we had gone up the stairs another employee told us that they were closed when it was only 8:54 by now. We proceeded by letting her know we knew what we wanted that we would be quick and just needed to know where the belts were. She responded by lying and saying that they don't have belts !!!! Just to get us to leave. I decided to take the initiative to look arround for them anyways but still couldn't manage to find them. We decided to head back downstairs to find some. As we are downstairs we found the belt and asked where we could get this specific one the manager told us upstairs but that it was too late now that they were closed and it was only 8:57. We then got kicked out because they decided to close early when my friend really needed that belt for the following day. They were rude, pushy and they lied worst customer service!

::No one greeted us when my daughter and I went into the store. The down escalator was not working and only the upper level dressing rooms open. No where for mom to sit while waiting for daughter. I have accessibility issues. I will never shop in these stores again.
