::Went on Saturday morning at 10am with a toddler in potty training. Went to the bathroom as soon as we arrived as is our routine and they were absolutely filthy. I have never seen bathrooms this dirty in a public location. No excuse as we arrived just as the location was opening so no time to get dirty. Otherwise it was a great experience. Loved the toddler area, which was perfect for a 3 year old. Nice to have a trampoline park with a dedicated area for the smaller kids.

::Kids enjoyed their visit. Was disappointed to purchase our tickets at 2 minutes past the hour and have someone approach our daughter 3 minute before the hour that her time was up. Spoke to someone about it and they said had we purchased the ticket at 2 minutes later we would have had an extra 12 minutes as opposed to the shortened time given. They did offer to extend our time by 15 minutes but we were already dressed to leave! They're colored bracelet system has failed them and we will not return.

::The Jump for the Jumaas event did very well! There were just over 100 people there for the night, and we were able to raise $2,600 ($1,740 from ticket sales, $850 from silent auction/raffle). The night was a lot of fun, I know a few people who jumped for at least 3 hours. The staff were all absolutely FANTASTIC. I have nothing but praise for Flying Squirrel and how supportive they were for the event with such friendly and helpful staff.

::Fun for the kids but the birthday party we threw there was not fantastic. They forgot the party hats for the kids and the water bottles we ordered as favours...and would have charged for it had I not asked. Also, their phones kept dropping calls when they called us to confirm the party...and did not call us back! Had this happen three times over several days before I finally called in myself to do it. I love bringing the kids here, but don't think we will throw another birthday party at this location.

::Modern, clean, and large trampoline jumping facility for kids (mainly). Excellent customer service - very attentive to the needs of the kids (and parents). Somewhat pricey on weekends - less so during the week. Overall a very good experience and would highly recommend for individuals and groups.
