  I went to this location to buy two tickets for Toronto. They gave me the most expensive tickets ever!There was a film festival in Toronto and because pf that tickets were double of the original pricing. Nobody told me about this and I had no knowledge of ticket pricing. They pushed me to buy the tickets. So I bought the tickets. After I did a little bit of a research and found out that This place is all about sales! NO Customer service! I Called customer service and Teresa from there told me Flight centre will do NOTHING about it and asked me to do whatever I want! Very sorry to see businesses like this still exist!

  came here to book a flight, and carly helped me out. she did it quickly, and even managed to get it for a cheaper price for me. this place deserves 10 stars for customer service.

  Employees here make booking a flight a task of ease. I've booked several flights here and they're extremely friendly and make every visit a great experience.

  Called two times and they said they would get back to me. Still haven't heard back. Wanted to book a two week all inclusive for four. Guess they don't need the business. Go online. Better service

  Oana was the best, friendly, knowledgeable, professional, clear and direct communications both verbally and written. She quickly explained the flight booking process and provided options for travelling, not just the advertised option that I had called about. Oana explained that I needed to review everything on the booking order form thoroughly before committing to book the flights/package. For the reviewers that are rating this store poorly because of "incorrect bookings made" it is your responsibility, yours and not the booking agents to review the booking thoroughly before signing. Don't blame the booking agents for making mistakes as they are working as efficiently and quickly as possible to serve you.
