  Huge fan of the setup and Alistair was great to work with. I would recommend Flex to anybody regardless of fitness level. The gym is cleaned every night, water & towels provided, you can use the pool, and it is a great atmosphere overall.

  I have had a hip replacement, Alistair has modified my work outs to ensure I not only have great results in the gym again, but also do not irritate or cause any unnecessary strain on the new prosthesis. Whenever I notice any pain or discomfort he immediately alter the exercise to something that works the same muscle group yet without any addition pressure on the joint. I have recently moved to Winnipeg and to have discovered this kind of hands on professionally trained knowledge is FANTASTIC.

  Very focused personal trainer that is client focused, with a passion for fitness who has the knowledge and know-how to grow a persons fitness. He listens to my needs and goals and understands my ultimate fitness goals. He works around my shift work schedule, and is able to adjust our workouts based on my energy level. He motivates me and challenges me through workouts.

  Alistair provides a great experience all aligned with a long term plan he co-develops with you. It's the SMART approach (Specific Measurable Achievable Realistic and Timely) to fitness that provides the structure and support to easily get your results. Regardless of your goals and schedule, they run a complete and clean little gym with knowledgeable and easygoing staff ready to help you get your sweat on!! Definitely recommend!! Oh and suggest talk up Pearl Jam, you may be able to score a deal!!

  I have worked out at several gyms with many personal trainers. So far Flex Fitness has been my favorite. Alistair is very knowledgeable & professional. He tailors my workouts around the TRX so I can use the programs at home & while traveling. The facility is accessible 24 hours & very clean.
