    As many of these reviews read, there isn't enough time or space to write how terrible this company is. I wish I could give them less than one star. When they were first phoned in by our insurance company to assess the damage, they were very disorganized and out insurance company kept phoning us, asking if we had heard from First On Site (FOS). When we told them we had not, they were then phoning FOS, telling them to get it together and keep up in the loop. I felt they weren't very timely, however, it was a weekend. When they returned the next to start the repairs of the damage, and to ensure that the walls were dry (we had a waterline burst in our ceiling and flood a bedroom in the basement), we had to take a day off of work to ensure they could get into our home. They were two hours late, one of the two vans showed up, and they forgot the lock box. This meant that we had to take the full day off so that we could lock the house up when they left and take the following day off AGAIN for their return (LOSING MONEY HERE!). They returned the next day with the lockbox but were still two and a half hours late. This would be fine, if they could just let us know what's happening. Anyways, they did the repairs. Terrible quality. Damaged our walls with their latters. Painted over our light switches. Baseboards look like a five year old did them and then someone said, "You know what would make this better? Give the child a paint brush and silicone!" - I kid you not. I had to contact the construction manager several times for my complaints, and it got so bad that I told him to bring his team back and they can fix everything with a sticky note on it. Originally there were about 40 of them and my fiancรฉ had my take half of them off saying that he wanted what was bad to be fixed and FOS out of our house! They tracked drywall throughout my house, I was cleaning my upstairs floors daily because of their boot prints. They managed to scrape my ceiling in my upstairs living room. The walls leading to the basement got so dirty. The got small amount of paint of my floor (white paint, medium dark brown flooring). They refused to replace drywall that was clearly damaged. They cut corners on everything and anything. When I mentioned all of the issues to the Construction Manager during our final walk-thru, he said he didn't see a point in fixing it all because they would have to re-do the whole room. I seriously could go on and on. They started this job at the end of October 2017. Finished in November 2017. It's now February 2018 and they still have not come to pick up their lock box and we felt so uncomfortable with these people that we changed the locks on our house. The only nice thing I have to say about them is that the lady whom cleaned the basement when they were done did a terrific job! Still I suggest, NEVER LET THIS COMPANY INTO YOUR HOME IF YOU WANT QUALITY WORK.

    Probably the worst service I have ever experienced. They arrived soon after my call and that's when I should have shown them the door .. back out. This company is a disaster and it would take pages to describe their handling of our restoration. In a nutshell: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they are amateurs, slow, messy, they make mistake after mistake, blame each other for all that goes wrong, snoopy, and rude. Take my advice, choose another company for your project, it can't get worst than these guys.

    Poor company to deal with from top to bottom. Project managers not willing to call clients back or even bother to show up the night of the emergency. There is a lack of respect between employees on the job and the respect they hold for the company. And donโ€™t bother trying to speak to someone higher up, they will either not call you back. Or will agree to help with your concerns, turn around and do nothing. Please do not trust these pleople with your claims.

    Best tools and purse contents ( money) were stolen! Not to mention about forgotten items which were damaged and not listed nor returned! It took very long even to pack up , remove and store them in a safe acceptable storage place, came back many times and many times on special requests from July 14 to end of Aug to clear the floor to be ready for the owner to hire other company to rebuild the walls and floor plus stairs not to mention about to clean up water damaged items nor discarded! Undervaluation the building and structural damages! Unorganized management and lack of courtesy to process the owners proven concerns and overcharges for services and subcontracting moving services! Overall I have to think hard if I ever use this company again! Just touch wood that we don't have to suffer flood or climate change or natural disaster so we don't need such company like this one! Adding more hardship and stresses for house owners such as myself!
