  Professional and fair is what you will get from First Class Auto. I had a full detailing of my SUV and was quite pleased with the result. Very friendly people, give them a chance and you won’t be disappointed. Thanks Mark

  Just brought in my civic for an oil change and detailing, it was purchased last year from Mark at First Class Auto. Couldn't ask for better service, he was extremely nice and made sure everything I asked for was done. Definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to drive away with a nice clean car! Ill be coming back soon, thanks again First Class!

  I took my Dodge ProMaster Ciy, (minivan) to be cleaned after getting rust sprayed.. I asked to make sure all doors, 2 front, 2 sliders and 2 in the back.. were cleaned, not washed.. but wipe of excess hinge areas of body left alone.. they are out of the way.. Also of course, windows.. of which were only 3, front and two side.. Asked for no waste of time on tires or under hood.. and nothing inside the cargo area.. and front has no carpets.. so fairly quick easy cleanup.. asked them to clean the seat of the front seats.. both had stains.. OK.. Results - for a $200 charge.. Good: - Seats well done..no stains. - Dash looked clean.. and no all wet with goopy armourall , but had I been doing this I would of grabbed some goof off and removed the residue where a cable guide came off, right at top of center console, very obvious.. and had they paid attention would of noticed same on passenger sun visor.. the floors were spotless.. but didn't clean under the seats and you see right in on both sides.. again.. vinyl under there so quick wipe is all that was needed.. just no attention to details.. BAD: - very poor job doing what I wanted.. I used 1/2 roll paper towels, only took me 20 mins, to finish the job before I left the lot the outside was clean.. but super fast quickly job.. the least bit of wiping with paper towel and I was able to take off rust spot stains.. darn truck is white.. and on rear specs of metal, dust size, cause rust spots.. they wipe off, they noted Free Wax on bill.. but just using a car was soap with "wax" in that.. he did tell me that at first.. but noting it as free wax makes it sad..sorry.. Aside from that again lack of details.. water drips after they finished and parked left streaks on one side.. I personally would of walked around after I parked car for pick-up and checked.. Summary.. I was a rush job.. squeezed into a busy schedule, seats were issue and they are cleaned well.. just not a place to go for detailing.. Car cleaned sure.. thanks.. but I admit, I am picky and expect better.. I'm glad its done.. and next time, I am getting undercoating done.. will make sure weather allows me to just clean it myself

  Purchased a groupon and immediately upon arrival the owner barged into my car looking for a reason to increase the cost of my purchase. He settled on 'pet hair' because there were a few pieces of hair from my cat on the floor, passenger side. Firstly, the only time my cat enters my vehicle is to go to the vet at which time I put him in a carrier therefore limiting the shedding potential. Secondly, my seats are leather so very little effort would have gone into removing the small amount of cat hair. I also recommended he not spend additional time so as to maintain the price paid. In the end he told me that he didn't need my money and proceeded to insult me. Needless to say I'm in the process of getting a refund. Unless you want to get screwed over, stay away from this place. He was also late for the scheduled appointment.

  These people have become like my family. I am so happy and grateful with my beautiful car. The transaction and process was smooth and very easy. Super nice guys and very welcoming atmosphere. You will be very pleased trust me! First car bought from First Class Auto and it will definitely not be my last. 10/10
