::I remember coming here years ago and having great experiences. Every time I came to Ottawa I would enjoy coming in to check new dresses. On this visit the staff was short with me and got offended that my child didn't like velvet, and didn't seem friendly helping me with other items. It just wasn't enjoyable anymore. Time to move my figure skating shopping experience to online I suppose...
