  Asking the client to give a 9/10 at the Fido evaluation isn't really professional, especially when you didn't give the best service you could.

  An experience like no other! The customer service went above and beyond what you'd expect, and as a customer, I truly ended up feeling valued. If you have phone issues, please visit them!   My wife and I were long time Fido clients. We recently left for some better promos with another carrier, I wanted to say what a joy it was working with this particular Fido retailer (on St-Denis). The staff are very rare breed, who consistently strive to provide *customer service* far above trying to trick or pressure people into stuff they don't need. Even AFTER leaving for another carrier, dropped in today for a quick question about an issue with free Fido rewards phone (after hours with Fido on the phone without results), and got immediate and top notch support. Fido (home office and support phone ) could learn a lot from this store. Need Fido in Montreal? Go here. Again, top notch as always. Tx!
