  Great experience at this Fido store! Staff is always friendly and it took only 15 min to switch providers. Better deal and happy with the service! If you consider Fido as your provider got to this store!

  I am a long time fido customer and usually don't have a problem with speaking to a real person on the phone. Generally they are polite, courteous , and helpful they make sure you feel like your in the right place and problems will be solved. This is due to the corporate watchful eye supervising every thing that is said by the employee to the customer. The fido stores however are the polar opposite in providing customer care. This store is thier alleged flagship store which I think is supposed to be the store that totally and unequivocally, represents thier brand the best and should set the standard for other fido stores. All i can say is that no body is watching these employees because the attitude is : say as little as possible & do not what ever you do assist a customer in any helpful way that may lead to always having to help customers be evasive and slow to offer "assistance". My experience here several times has been bad to rotten. They actually placed the wrong model number of phone i was there to purchase. And since I didn't expect this level of ineptness I found out they gave me the wrong phone once i hot home. When I phoned to complain or get the phone i ordered, they told me that they didn't carry the model number phone I was trying to buy ,really? So they sold me the fake one without asking me if I would prefer a fake one. I actually am stuck with it. ( ALL 730 DOLLARS OF IT ). I had two other really bad experiences there I would rate it as minus zero for an over all arctic rating of below zero. ( WITHOUT A WIND CHILL NO LESS). It's wheelchair accessible but display cases are not they are all up high with sample stock chained down to the desk where a person in a wheel chair could not reach sitting down. Who cares the service sucks and the employees should be fired en masse. I wouldn't bring kids to that store they'd likely be traumatized by the attitudes of the employees, I know I was and and im like 60 or something.

  Good products, but long wait. Apart from that, customer service is correct.

  Took the time to set up my tablet and explain everything. Not rushed like some stores. My preferred fido store for sure.

  Best place to get your Fido service done. I went to the Tinseltown location prior to visiting this location not only did the people in the Tinseltown location care less about you (Men) they aren't even afraid to turn away service. I had been to this location prior and it's always a easy pleasant ride here, not only are the people willing to help solve your issues, they do it with a smile. Definitely easier to deal with women then men. A must visit if you need your Fido issues solved.
