Keep in mind that most ratings are from people who like to whine and cry. I like Airbnb's approach where the person reviewed gets to review the guest as well. As with any large ticket purchase, you have the option to work with a person and company that's a good fit. Find one that works for you but as the Dalai Lama says: we are here to help people and if you can't help them, at least don't hurt them. Judy has built her company well and is a results oriented business woman. Defintely give her and her company a try. They know their market niche well.
