Had a broken device that was out of warranty and the manager Cam was kind enough to sympathize about not having a vaporizer for the day that he still gave me a discount on a new vape and followed up with a discount on coils as well. All in all their people who care about their customers and selection is amazing. Thanks cam!!!!

::Excellent selection of vaping products ranging from inexpensive to disturbingly sophisticated. The focus of this store is definitely on vaping as a tobacco alternative and not on the vaping of various forms of marijuana so you may want to go elsewhere for that. The staff are all very helpful and knowledgeable about the the products that they sell and can help you pick out a product, set up and learn to use a device that suits your needs at any level. They have an extensive selection of juices in a wide variety of flavours and strengths. You can even sample them if you have your own drip tip. It is a good place to go if you are just starting out and want a safer alternative to tobacco. They can help you find the right product to suit your particular style of smoking. This is important because I was surprised at how diverse the products have become over the past few years and it would be daunting to figure out what suits you on your own. You can get a quite good set for well under $100 and it comes with a free starter juice The equipment these days works much better and lasts much longer but it is also best to have someone show you how to set it up and adjust it. It is always much better than looking in the manual or website
