  Nice hotel with exceptional customer service. Stayed 1 night. I had a meeting scheduled but forgot to reserve a boardroom. This hotel does not have meeting rooms so I was stuck. They setup a suite for me within 45 minutes. They provided me with everything that I needed with a big smile. Many thanks to Kiran at front desk and Cathy (Gen.Man.).

  The best hotel to stay at in Winnipeg. They treat you like family. They know our names and are ready to help in any way possible if they need to. They're morning buffet breakfast is very fresh and tasty. They always have tea or coffee going on in the lobby. I really feel at home and comfortable there the beds are super comfy I have the best sleep ever there. You won't be disappointed is all I can say. The pool area is great for children they have all kinds of sprinklers and the children can walk right into the pool.

  My sister had stayed here hotel looked amazing. Wasn't dirty. Looked very clean. They had a good night there. And fun time. In the pool. Thank you.

  Stay here regularly over Xmas holidays to see family. Very professional kind service. Had a little issue with front desk this visit, Manager Cathy took great care to correct the issue and improve our accommodations. Room clean, mostly quite, decent hot breakfast, water park for kiddos. Overall exceptional value.

  Great stay as usual. I arrived about 6am from 6 to 7 hours drive. I wanted to check in earlier, see if they can and how they handled it. They were going to charge me a nightly stay which I understand. They said to check in at 7am with the next staff. They continued, "Have some complimentary breakfast while you wait." When 7am staff arrived, I tried checking in early. They said they would charge a 50% plus the night stay. I asked nicely what's the best time to check in. The guest services said, "after 1pm." I went back around 11:30am, I had a different guest service helping me. He checked me in early, and didn't charge anything extra. I don't know their full details of checking in earlier policy with or without extra charges. It was quite an experienced with professionalism and great manner. Only gave four stars, felt like I was getting the run around about check in policy with rooms availabilities. I would still stay here again. Thanks.
