  Absolutely love this store location!! Everyone is polite and very helpful! i I was in there the other day and I was asked if i there was anything in particular i was looking for and when the staff wasn't sure ( after looking on the shelf) he promptly asked a manager and she went very quickly to the back to grab the coffee maker i was looking for!!! At the cash, the cashier very clearly explained the return policy and warranties and also mentioned that it was on the back of the receipt if needed! 5 Stars and more to this Factory Direct location

  Bought a used iPad for Christmas online. After not much use, I noticed the screen was lifting off. They were able to exchange it for me no problem. Everyone in the store is very happy and helpful.

  i wont buy electronic product there. except led tv. but i purchase other product was good price and good quality all the time

  Low Prices for Low Quality Electronics. Factory direct has some good deals - if you know what you are looking for. In general I find the majority of their electronics to be mid-grade to low-end for the most part. You can occasionally find a few jewels in the rough, but generally I shop here only if in need a specific item, and I know what the going rate for it should be.
