  Has absolutely nothing in stock! Had basically no thread in stock didn’t even have black or white thread. Said they would be getting another shipment in for a couple months!!

  Terrible customer service!!!!! Grumpy, rude, and abrasive employees who apparently are VERY bothered when you ask them to have something cut. FYI - your location doesn't have a self cutting station, otherwise I would use it. Your eastside location should take a lesson from the westside location in friendly customer service.

  Horrible customer service. The manager made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by asking if she could check to see if a trim was able to be reordered (because this location had only 7 of the 11 yards I required) She told me I may have to wait a while because she had to go to the back to "look it up on an iPad." After I asked how long she might be, she asked me if I had any other shopping to do in the mall because it "could take up to two hours." Wait... what? She also told me that before their system was changed over she would have been able to check a catalogue and could tell me right away if that item was able to be reordered. Again, what? And why is this relevant? So, after standing there for several moments looking dumbfounded, she reluctantly said to me "let me see what I can do" and went to the back anyways. She returned a few minutes later (no, not two hours!) and told me that they would be able to re-order the trim and call me when it arrives. Then in a condescending manner, she asked me if I was actually going to purchase it when it comes in! I'm rating this place two stars for their somewhat decent selection of fabrics and product (albeit pricey), but this episode I unfortunately was involved in tonight makes me want to spend my money elsewhere..

  Today is Boxing day, I figured the hours would be different so I checked the web site - surprise - messages says "Hours might differ". Sadly, there is no listing of the changed hours. This is very inefficient & frustrating for shoppers who take the time (that I will never get back) to research the hours then post this comment. Very disappointing!
