  This is the best gym I have ever joined. The workouts are tough and different everyday. You don’t have to think about what to do. Everybody is so friendly. The first class might be a little intimidating but just push through it and show up the next day. It’ll get easier. You’ll see the same faces everyday. Pretty soon it’ll get to the point where if you don’t show up one day people will wonder where you are. I highly highly recommend this gym.

  Been a member since Oct 2017 and am completely hooked. Not your typical gym or workout, great vibe, great people and great music! Alyce and Kurt have really set up a great community within their business and are dedicated to nurturing each members personal goals and objectives. Hollywood on a Saturday is my fave!

  I've been working out at F45 Ossington for about a month and I'm hooked. Because each workout is only 45 minutes it feels manageable to squeeze in more sessions per week and I'm already seeing results. The workouts themselves are efficient, challenging, and different every time and the trainers are lovely people who create an atmosphere where everyone feels welcome. There are several present in each class, keeping an eye on form to ensure safety and giving modifications to make a station more challenging if it looks like you could push yourself a little harder.

  Hands down the best fitness experience of my life. There is an amazing culture at the gym, the trainers get the best out of everyone and there is a real sense of community and togetherness with all the members. The training itself is great - I hit my personal goals within 4 months and I cannot wait to improve even more. Highly recommended.

  Such a great experience and community feel. The workout is challenging but with the way everything is set up and the direction you receive it's not intimidating and very accessible. The trainers are all incredible people as well - at one point during the class my shoe was untied during an exercise and rather than interrupt what I was doing one of the trainers was concerned and tied my shoe so I wouldn't trip. One of the best gyms in the city.
