  Came here for my eye exam today and was impressed by the excellent customer service. They booked me for a same day appointment, processed my insurance quickly (it was direct billing, and it's hard to find a place that accepts it) and my exam itself was quick, with everything explained to me thoroughly. Their rate is also very good - $110 for an exam while other places went as high as $150. Their glasses selection isn't that big, but still, very happy with the service provided. Highly recommend.

  I'm very impressed with my experience! The doctor took the time to explain my prescription and work with me to find the best solution to my situation. I'm seeing clearly for the first time in my life! The staff was helful and friendly :)

  I have been buying all of my sunglasses at Eyemaxx for 8 years. Their great products with great customer service make for a fun shopping experience every time. The staff work with you to find a pair that fits for you, your style, and your budget. Can't recommend them highly enough!

  Went for an eye exam here and the staff was very nice and very efficient. I hate going to get my eyes checked, but the experience was actually incredibly pleasant. The cost was exactly as advertised. And the optometrist was very informative throughout the exam. There was no added pressure to buy right at that moment.

  Following a less than ideal experience at a different retailer, I had an exceptional experience as a walk-in client at Eyemaxx. The staff were all incredibly helpful and patient as they helped me to find the right pair of glasses that catered to my specific needs and budget. I never felt pressured to buy more expensive brands and I was given as much time as I needed to try a wide variety of styles/price ranges. Since Eyemaxx makes their glasses in-house, I was able to get mine exactly 1 week after I placed the order. When I picked them up, I was reassured that I can return any time if I need adjustments or repairs - no appointments necessary and no hassle. Overall, I felt confident that I had purchased quality glasses and I was incredibly impressed with the excellent, quick and reliable customer service every step of the process.
